During the games 2022 in Klagenfurt the following sports will be offered:
- Individual events: athletics, swimming, table tennis.
- Team events: basketball, futsal, volleyball, table tennis.

Austria, Flanders, France, Germany, Irland (only female) Malta and Netherlands (only male).
Swimming
Austria, Chile, France, Malta and Netherlands.
Basketball
Austria, Flanders, Italy (only male), Palestine (only male) and Portugal.
Volleyball
Austria, Flanders, France (only male), Germany, Hungary (only female) and Portugal.
Futsal (male)
Austria, 2x Czech Republic, Hungary and Portugal.
Table Tennis
Austria, France, Germany and Romania.
